Amare LED panels comes with 36 months of technical support and a five year limited bumper-to-bumper warranty against defects in materials or workmanship with complimentary return shipping for the first 36 months.

AMARE Technologies reserves the right to repair or replace the RMA unit for service and support including parts and labor.

Only the AMARE Technologies warranty protection provides you with direct technical support from AMARE Technologies experts and the assurance that repairs will be handled by AMARE Technologies–authorized technicians using genuine AMARE Technologies parts.

Black Dog LED

90 Day Return Policy

If you are unsatisfied with any Black Dog LED light, you can return it for a refund within 90 days from the original purchase date. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested and the product shipped within 90 days of the original date of receipt. Returns are limited to one (1) light per customer.

All items must be returned in “as new” condition in the original packaging and include all accessories. Lights that have been broken, damaged, altered, or had the housing opened are not returnable. “Damaged” includes but is not limited to water damage and damage resulting from being dropped and/or incorrect electrical connection. Returns will be charged a 10% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a carrier that has tracking capabilities when sending returns.

The customer assumes responsibility for return shipping fees, insuring the return shipment, and filing any necessary claims for damaged or lost returns.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

Black Dog LED products are warranted against manufacturer defects to the original owner from the date of original purchase for the expected lifetime of the light.

In the event of defective materials and/or workmanship, Black Dog LED, LLC, will repair or replace, at its option, the defective product within 45 days from receipt of the defective product for the first three years after purchase. After three years and up to 5 years from the original date of purchase, the customer will be responsible for labor associated with repairs and Black Dog LED will be responsible for the cost of parts. After 5 years Black Dog LED will offer repair services or parts as long as parts are available; the cost of repairs and parts after 5 years are the sole responsibility of the customer. Shipping of the defective product to Black Dog LED is the sole responsibility of the customer.

Return shipping of the repaired light is covered by Black Dog LED up to $50 per incident for the first three years after purchase.

In the first three years after purchase, if return shipping will exceed $50, the customer will be notified and are responsible for paying any amount of shipping over $50 prior to the product being shipped back to the customer.

After three years, the customer is responsible for paying for return shipping prior to the product being shipped back to the customer.

The Warranty does not apply to damage resulting from improper care, housings that have been opened, misuse, or normal wear and tear, which includes but is not limited to 5% or less of LEDs not lighting, improper installation, and/or failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance, improperly packaging and shipping the light back to Black Dog LED, etc.

Bubble Magic

Returns are not accepted for these products. In the case of a product malfunction, replacement parts will be sent out from manufacturer.

California Lightworks

90 Day Return Policy

All California Lightworks products come with a 90-Day Money Back Guarantee.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your results within 90 days of receiving your product, you can return your lights for a 100% refund of the price you paid less the original shipping cost.

All we require a brief explanation in writing for the reason you’re not satisfied via email or USPS mail.

The refund will be processed via the same method used for payment within 48 hours of receiving the returned merchandise. Return merchandise must be in as-new condition, in original packaging, with the appropriate power cord and hanging hardware.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer.

3 Year Manufacturers Warranty

All California Lightworks products are under warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of (3) years from the date of original purchase.

If a defect is determined, MWW Inc. d.b.a. California LightWorks will choose to (1) exchange the defective light with a new light with return shipping paid by MWW Inc, or (2) provide new replacement parts immediately. If the light has been tampered with or it is found that the damage was caused by the customer, there will be a repair fee associated with the return of your product.

If it is determined that the product is un-repairable, we will notify you immediately. If the rivets are removed, your warranty becomes null and void. If damage has been caused by abnormal use, neglect (such as dripping water), wrong input voltage, dropping or breaking the light, etc…, the warranty is void.

Warranty coverage is ultimately left to the discretion of MWW Inc. We reserve the right to refuse warranty repair or replacement service to anyone.

Cirrus LED Systems

All Cirrus LED Grow Lights are covered by a 5 year warranty

Current Culture H2O

Limited 1 Year Warranty

All individual components manufactured by come standard with a one year limited warranty.

This limited warranty applies only to full systems manufactured within Current Culture H2O’s facility.

This limited warranty excludes any components considered to be expendable (i.e. hoses, air stones, net pots, etc.). These items should be replaced periodically to ensure proper system functionality.

Our dedication to quality has led us to include in our system only the highest quality components manufactured by the best in their fields.

  • All pumps (Air & Water) are covered by their specific manufacturer’s warranty.
  • Danner Mag Drive Water Pumps: 5 year Warranty
  • Alita Air Pumps: 3 Year Warranty
  • Hakko Air Pumps: 2 Year Warranty

Individual manufacturer instruction and warranty information booklets have been provided.

If any issues with these units covered within their individual warranties should occur, please contact the manufacturer for repair or replacement.

All UniSeals have a life time warranty. We will replace any defective seals, used within their specified purposes. Any seals deemed to have been used beyond their intended purpose will be replaced at the retail cost.

Misuse, or use other than for horticultural purposes is not covered by the limited warranty.

In addition, damage caused by: insects, animals or rodents, use of force, incorrect handling, inappropriate use, abuse, neglect, accidents, impact from foreign objects, vandalism, pollutants, set-up on an un-level foundation, alteration, painting, fading, assembly not in accordance with the Instruction Manual, or damage caused as a result of storage above the capacity limits of the Product, are not covered by this limited warranty.

This limited warranty does not apply to damage resulting from “acts of nature” such as, but not limited to: wind, hail, storm, tornado, hurricane, heavy snow, ice, blizzard, extreme heat, freezing, flood, fire effects.

This warranty is void if structural parts and components not supplied by are used.

This warranty does not apply to “Normal Weathering”. “Normal Weathering” is defined as exposure to sunlight and extremes of weather and atmosphere which will cause any colored surface to gradually fade, chalk, or accumulate dirt or stains.

Determination of coverage under this warranty shall be made at the sole discretion of Current Culture H2O.

Current Culture H2O will replace the product, repair the product or send a replacement part or issue a refund (at our option) when the consumer provides a proof of purchase (either a bill of sale, receipted invoice, or other proof that the product is within the warranty period), along with a full description of the defect, to:

Disclaimer

Current Culture H2O systems operate by storing and circulating water.

Water is heavy. Water is wet. Water freezes. The combination of water and electricity could cause bodily harm or death.

It is the responsibility of the user of this system to make sure the surface upon which the system is installed is capable of supporting SUBSTANTIAL weight and is waterproof, and that all electrical components are installed so that they will not get wet.

Current Culture H2Owill NOT be responsible for any damage caused by improper installation or consequential damage to person or property caused by the use of this product even if it is determined to be defective.

Please take these warnings into consideration when planning your installation.

Gorilla Grow Tent

Gorilla Grow Tents have a 1-year warranty on craftsmanship. User negligence and normal wear and tear are not covered under warranty.

Listed below are the steps involved in submitting a request for warranty replacement.

  1. Contact a Gorilla Grow Tent representative by phone or email at: 855-448-4769 or info@gorillagrowtent.com
  2. The Gorilla Grow Tent representative will either attempt to assist in troubleshooting, requests photos showing damages, or ask for additional information.
  3. If the part in question is faulty and not fixable, the customer will need to send it back to the Gorilla Grow Tent warehouse. (Gorilla Grow Tent representative will specify the address)

The shipping fee to the Gorilla Grow Tent facility will be covered by the customer.

  1. Once Gorilla Grow Tent receives the faulty product, it will be examined and either be refurbished or replaced. If the tent proves to be functioning appropriately, the same tent will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
  2. Any replacement will be sent back to the specified customer shipping address.

Gorilla Grow Tent will cover the return shipping fee.

Heliospectra

3 Year Warranty

Heliospectra warrants that for a period of three (3) years from the date of receiving the Equipment, the Equipment will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use.

This limited warranty extends only to the original user of the Product. Equipment support is defined as “Return to Factory” which means the customer is responsible for obtaining an RMA number and shipping the unit to Heliospectra’s principal place for logistics. Heliospectra will either repair and return the original unit or provide a reconditioned unit within 30 days of receipt of the defective unit.

The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with shipping the unit to Heliospectra, unless Equipment support occurs during the first ninety (90) days of the three (3) year warranty period wherein Heliospectra is responsible for the costs associated with shipping the unit to Heliospectra.

At any time during the three year period, Heliospectra will provide return shipment of the equipment back to the original user free of charge (excluding Tax & Duty).

The warranty period for the Equipment starts the day it is received by the original user of the Product.

Disclaimer

To the full extent permitted by law, Heliospectra will not be liable to the customer for any loss or damage arising from the use of the Equipment, or any defect, in the Equipment, however it may arise. Apart from the above Equipment and Software warranties, Heliospectra has no obligation to provide support, maintenance, upgrades, modifications or new releases. Heliospectra disclaims all liability and responsibilities pertaining to and arising under this Agreement as a result of Customer integrating, connecting or networking the Equipment in any manner whatsoever. If technical advice or support is given or offered in connection with the use or implementation of the Equipment, it will be solely as an accommodation to the Customer and without charge unless otherwise agreed upon. Heliospectra shall have no responsibilities or liabilities whatsoever for the content or use of such advice.

In no event will Heliospectra be liable to Customer or any other person for special, consequential, indirect or incidental loss or damage of any kind or any direct loss or damage of any kind suffered or incurred by the Customer or any other person in connection with the Equipment provided hereunder.

THE ABOVE STATE HELIOSPECTRA’S ENTIRE RESPONSIBILITY AND CUSTOMER’S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY WITH RESPECT TO ANY BREACH OF ANY WARRANTY REGARDING THE HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE. HELIOSPECTRA, ON BEHALF OF ITSELF AND ITS AFFILIATES AND SUPPLIERS HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY REGARDING OR RELATING TO THE HARDWARE, DOCUMENTATION, SOFTWARE, MEDIA, OR THE SERVICES FURNISHED OR PROVIDED TO CUSTOMER. HELIOSPECTRA SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

All Johnson Grow Lights are covered by a 3 year warranty

Kind

90 Day Return Policy

Within the first 90 days, Kind LED will incur all costs associated with the repair, or replacement, and return of the defective product.

3 Year Limited Warranty

Kind LED Grow Lights products are warranted against defects in materials and/or workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the original date of purchase. During the warranty period, Kind LED will either repair or replace any covered, defective product.

After 90 days, the customer will assume responsibility of shipping the defective product back to Kind LED for the remainder of the warranty period. Kind LED will, in turn, assume responsibility for up to $50.00 per light of the shipping fees associated with returning the repaired or replaced product back to the purchaser.

Return shipping fees in excess of $50.00 will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

What is Not Covered

This limited warranty does not cover any damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from any alteration, modification, improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, misuse, abuse, neglect, exposure to excess moisture, fire, improper packing and shipping (such claims must be presented to the carrier), lightning, power surges, or other acts of nature.

This warranty does not cover any damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from the installation or removal of this product from any installation, any unauthorized tampering with this product, any repairs attempted by anyone unauthorized by Kind LED to make such repairs, or any other cause which does not relate directly to a defect in materials and/or workmanship of this product.

How to Obtain Warranty Service

In order to enforce the rights under this warranty, the purchaser must notify Kind LED of a warranty claim by contacting a Kind LED representative at (855) 559-5463 or info@kindledgrowlights.com.

At this time, the original purchaser will be called upon to provide proof of purchase and the unique lot number located on the silver sticker on top of the housing. The Kind LED representative will either attempt to assist in troubleshooting, request photos showing defect, or issue a Return Authorization Number and provide more detailed return instructions.

Upon receipt and review of the defective product, Kind LED will repair or replace, and return within five (5) business days.

Lifted LED

Lifeime Limited Warranty

Lifted LED products are warranted against defective materials and/or workmanship to original owners from the date of original purchase for the lifetime of ownership by the original consumer.

In the event of defective materials and/or workmanship, Lifted LED, LLC, will, without charge for parts or labor, repair or replace, at its option, the defective product within 45 days from receipt of the defective product for the first three years after purchase; after three years, the customer will be responsible for labor, with Lifted LED being responsible for parts.

Shipping of the defective product to Lifted LED is the sole responsibility of the customer.

Return shipping of the repaired light is covered by Lifted LED up to $50 per incident for the first three years after purchase.

In the first three years after purchase, if return shipping will exceed $50, the customer will be notified and are responsible for paying any amount of shipping over $50 prior to the product being shipped back to the customer.

Lumigrow

5 Year Limited Warranty

Lumigrow Pro fixtures carryfive (5) year warranties from date of purchase.

This warranty does not apply to any product which has been damaged, defaced, subjected to misuse, abnormal service or handling (including shipping damage), or which has been altered in design or construction.

The warranty described above is in addition to whatever implied warranty may be granted to purchaser by law. (All implied warranties, including the warranty of merchantability and fit for use, are limited to the period(s) from date of purchase set forth above).

Neither sales personnel of the seller nor any other person is authorized to make any warranties other than those described above, or to extend the duration of any warranties beyond the time period described herein.

The warranty described above shall be the sole and exclusive warranty granted by LumiGrow, Inc. and shall be the sole and exclusive remedy available to the purchaser.

Correction of defects, in the manner and period of time described herein, shall constitute complete fulfillment of all liabilities and responsibilities of LumiGrow, Inc. to the purchaser with respect to the product, and shall constitute full satisfaction of all claims, whether based on contract, negligence, strictly liability or otherwise.

In no event shall LumiGrow, Inc. be liable or in any way responsible for any damages or defects in the product which were caused by repairs or attempted repairs performed by anyone other than LumiGrow, Inc.

Nor shall LumiGrow, Inc. be liable or in any way responsible for any incidental or consequential economic or property damage. Some states do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages so the above exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty does not apply to improper installation or grounding, acts of God, such as lightning strikes and/or electrical line power surges, floods, earthquakes, hurricanes, tornados, vandalism, vermin such as slugs, ants, rodents, etc., or improper electrical connections.

Warranty Service Procedures

In order to enforce the rights under this limited warranty, the purchaser must notify LumiGrow, Inc., of a warranty claim by contacting (800) 514-0487, ext. 2.

At that time, the purchaser will be asked to provide dated proof of original purchase. Acceptable forms of this shall be a photocopy or scanned image of the dated original invoice faxed or emailed to LumiGrow, Inc. The purchaser will also need to provide a full description of the type of problem occurring, a contact name, address and telephone number and/or email.

LumiGrow Satisfaction Guarantee

Satisfaction Guarantee Return Requirements

A written explanation on how our product did not fulfill your expectations is required. Product is returned with RMA approval after providing proof of sale.

3 Year Limited Warranty

Lush Lighting brand products provide warranty against defective materials and/or workmanship to original owners from the date of original purchase for the first three years of ownership by the original consumer.

In the event of defective materials and/or workmanship, Lush Lighting, Inc will (without charge for parts or labor) repair or replace, the defective product.

Repairs will be complete within 14 days from receipt of the defective product. For minor repairs such as a power supply replacement, we will send the new part to you with instructions on how to replace it. In the event that the new part does not fix the problem, or there is a problem which is more complex, the light will need to be returned for a warranty replacement.

All warranty repairs are free of charge.

If product is returned for warranty repair and is out of warranty or found working, the shipping charges will be applied.

Repairs are $50 an hour labor plus parts when not in warranty.

The customer will be responsible for the cost of parts and labor. Warranty does not apply to damage resulting from improper care, housings that have been opened, misuse, or normal wear and tear, which includes, but is not limited to, improper installation and/or failure to provide reasonable and necessary ventilation.

Grow Light Repairs

For minor repairs such as a power supply and LED board replacement, please contact us with a picture of the underneath side of the light with the unit on “Showing the lights are on”.

We offer two solutions:

  1. Work with us online to diagnose the issue and allow us to send free replacement parts
  2. Send us your grow light to our repair center and we can resolve the issue for you.

Warranty Replacement

In the event that the new replacement part does not correct the problem, or there is a more complex problem, the light will be replaced.

As for the replacement, we will send you a return label and RMA to ship the defective product back, and after it has been received we will send out a new replacement unit to you. The defective unit must be returned in its original packaging and box.

If any part is missing or damaged, the sender will be charged additional fees for those parts or blemishes.

Shipping Damage On Arrival

Before you sign for your package, you need to verify that the light is in good condition. If the light was damaged in shipping, you need to help us by filing a claim of negligence against the shipping company and get it returned to us by refusing to sign for the lights.

Once we get the damaged light, we will reship a new unit to you.

If it is only a small problem, you can sign it, and we will give you some refund 30~50USD or we can give you some discount (5%~10%) on your next order.

Specifics of Warranty Procedures

We are only responsible for problems that arise through no fault on your part.

If any problem should arise, please email us or call us first. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed. Please do not open the light without our permission.

Because we are in China, our service would be different from your local service shop. Please take note of that. The following are some details:

  1. Power supply, fans. VDE, power cord, bulbs, etc. We can ship new replacement parts to you at no charge, or simply send the light to our repair center and we will professional replace the failing part. The first year we ship the replacement parts to you at no charge, the second year, we give you replacement part at no charge, but you will need to pay the shipping charges.

  2. LED burnt out: It will not influence the other bulbs as each of our led bulbs has it’s own protective diode. We will send new replacement diodes, or simply send the light to our repair center and we will professionally replace the LEDs.

  3. If you cannot determine the problem, please ship the light back to us and we will repair it. For the first year, we will pay for the shipping, the second and third year, you need to pay shipping charges, but no charges will be incurred for the repair.

NextLight

30 Day Return Policy

All eligible NextLight products carry a 30-day satisfaction guarantee, beginning from the day the product is received at the customer’s shipping address. Ineligible products include NextLight refurbished lighting fixtures and discontinued products.

5 Year Limited Warranty

NextLight, LLC warrants to the purchaser of its NextLight products, when shipped in its original carton, that they will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the time period set forth below. During the warranty period, NextLight, LLC will, at its option, either repair the defect or replace the defective product or part thereof at no charge to the purchaser during the warranty period.

All NextLight fixtures carry five (5) year warranties from date of purchase. This warranty does not apply to any product which has been damaged, defaced, subjected to misuse, abnormal service or handling (including shipping damage), or which has been altered in design or construction.

The warranty described above is in addition to whatever implied warranty may be granted to purchaser by law. (All implied warranties, including the warranty of merchantability and fit for use, are limited to the period(s) from date of purchase set forth above).

Neither sales personnel of the seller nor any other person is authorized to make any warranties other than those described above, or to extend the duration of any warranties beyond the time period described herein.

The warranty described above shall be the sole and exclusive warranty granted by NextLight, LLC and shall be the sole and exclusive remedy available to the purchaser.

Correction of defects, in the manner and period of time described herein, shall constitute complete fulfillment of all liabilities and responsibilities of NextLight, LLC to the purchaser with respect to the product, and shall constitute full satisfaction of all claims, whether based on contract, negligence, strictly liability or otherwise.

In no event shall NextLight, LLC be liable or in any way responsible for any damages or defects in the product which were caused by repairs or attempted repairs performed by anyone other than NextLight, LLC.

Nor shall NextLight, LLC be liable or in any way responsible for any incidental or consequential economic or property damage. Some states do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages so the above exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty does not apply to improper installation or grounding, acts of God, such as lightning strikes and/or electrical line power surges, floods, earthquakes, hurricanes, tornados, vandalism, vermin such as slugs, ants, rodents, etc., or improper electrical connections.

In order to enforce the rights under this limited warranty, the purchaser must notify NextLight, LLC, of a warranty claim by calling 513-815-6398.

At that time, the purchaser will be asked to provide dated proof of original purchase. Acceptable forms of this shall be a photocopy or scanned image of the dated original invoice emailed to NextLight, LLC. The purchaser will also need to provide a full description of the type of problem occurring, a contact name, address and telephone number and/or email.

We honor a 30-day money back guarantee provided the below conditions are met and followed.

  1. Pack the item securely in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING your system came in. Please DO NOT throw away the original packaging your material came in. Enclose a copy of the invoice that arrived in the manila envelope.
  2. All products must be returned in good condition, in original boxes, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure full credit.
  3. For a system return, we will create the bill of lading and make the shipping arrangements for you. You are responsible for the shipping cost back to us.

3 Year Limited Warranty

SuperCloset honors a (3) Three Year Warranty on ALL craftsmanship and most parts provided the below conditions are met and followed.

Troubleshooting

  1. Please reset any malfunctioning component multiple times; powering up and down is Super Gemmy.
  2. If pump is not functioning properly, please clean out the outlets with an appropriate tool. Many times outlets become clogged by normal use.
  3. If drip emitters are not working, remove dripper and insert a pin or similar instrument to remove any debris. If dripper remains clogged, please blow out the segment in question with a forceful gust of air.
  4. Please check all connections on the odor sok, drip emitters, rubber tubing, drain lines, and airstones; ensure all are securely connected.

If you have attempted troubleshooting and you are unable to get your component to function properly:

  2. Please provide the following information:
  • First and last name used to place original order
  • Product name
  • Faulty component name, as listed on the Quality Assurance Checklist
  1. A Super Team representative will assist you with troubleshooting.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the faulty component, we will send a replacement to your specified address.
  4. The replacement item will be sent to you within 48 hours of our receipt of the faulty component.

Please note that the cost of shipping back to our facility will be at your expense. We will, in turn, handle the return shipping cost of the replacement component.

Unit Farm

90 Day Full Warranty | 3 Year Limited What Is Covered

Unit Farmproducts are warranted against defects in materials and/or workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the original date of purchase. During the warranty period, Unit Farm will either repair or replace any covered, defective product. Within the first 90 days, Unit farm will incur all costs associated with the repair, or replacement, and return of the defective product. After 90 days, the customer will assume responsibility of shipping the defective product back to Unit farm for the remainder of the warranty period. Unit Farm will, in turn, assume responsibility for up to $80.00 per light of the shipping fees associated with returning the repaired or replaced product back to the purchaser. Return shipping fees in excess of $80.00 will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

What is NOT Covered

This limited warranty does not cover any damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from any alteration, modification, improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, misuse, abuse, neglect, exposure to excess moisture, fire, improper packing and shipping (such claims must be presented to the carrier), lightning, power surges, or other acts of nature. This warranty does not cover any damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from the installation or removal of this product from any installation, any unauthorized tampering with this product, any repairs attempted by anyone unauthorized by Unit Farm to make such repairs, or any other cause which does not relate directly to a defect in materials and/or workmanship of this product.

How to Obtain Warranty Service

In order to enforce the rights under this warranty, the purchaser must notify Unit Farm of a warranty claim by contacting a Unit Farm representative at warranty@unitfarm.com At this time, the original purchaser will be called upon to provide proof of purchase or order number. The Unit Farm representative will either attempt to assist in troubleshooting, request photos showing defect, or issue a Return Authorization Number and provide more detailed return instructions. Upon receipt and review of the defective product, Unit Farm will repair or replace, and return within five (5) business days.
