Advanced Optics - ELIXIA uses primary and secondary optic lens plates to achieve uniform light intensity and maximum light distribution across a growing area. The Wide optic plate allows ELIXIA to have a smaller target area for close-to-canopy mounting heights, specially designed for indoor growing, while the Narrow optic plate targets larger canopies, accommodating higher mounting installations such as greenhouses.

ELIXIA 600W

So far we give the light a 5. It seems to be everything we wanted in a grow light and expect to do some really cool experiments with it. We give the support group a 3. We can't get the software downloaded to take advantage of all the light has to offer and have yet to receive instructions from the group. Hope this happens soon.

Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.

As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.

If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.

If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment

If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.

The one exception is our grow cabinets. These are made to order right out of California and can take 2-3 weeks before they ship.

We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address your provide when checking out. Your privacy is important to us, so we offer discreet shipping on all orders. We ship in plain, unmarked packages via Fedex, UPS, and USPS. For larger shipments such as our grow cabinets we ship via freight and will provide you with a Bill of Landing and tracking information.

Damages

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to support@allgreenhydroponics.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellations & Refunds

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

Returns

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason we can help you with a free return within 30 days of receiving the item. You will need the items original packaging to make a return, so please keep it!
